SYNNEX Canada/HP and Skyline Greater Toronto created this eye-catching, unique 10' x 10' exhibit. Once it became apparent that face-to-face events were not going to be happening for some time, SYNNEX wanted to devise a creative way to still be able to utilize their new booth. SYNNEX also needed a way to sell off the current year’s models to make way for new products.

Solution: 

Since many of our clients have been moving to a virtual platform, Skyline GTA came up with the solution to do a hybrid event. Building upon the concept of hosting a webcast, we took advantage of this beautiful new exhibit, set it up, and the staff of SYNNEX hosted a live auction from their booth located at the Skyline Greater Toronto Area office. We partnered with a professional audiovisual crew to ensure the lighting, sound, and video was top-level professional quality. VIP clients were invited to use a special password-protected link to log in to the event so that we could ensure the auction was only viewed by SYNNEX clients.

With the collaboration between Skyline Greater Toronto Area & metroConnections, we were able to provide custom invitations, a custom landing page with countdown timers to the event date/time, secure logins, live professional web broadcasting, location hosting, booth set up, professional audiovisual and sound, as well as post-event statistics.

The auction was a huge success, with all products selling out within the hour. A second event was immediately scheduled for the next month!
