STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Produce structural designs for a wide array of clients and events. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the project objectives. This role is responsible for preparing designs using IronCAD as well as organizing design production. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, have good communication skills, work well with others, and have an excellent work ethic. This position would start as part time but could lead to full time down the road.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide layouts, CADS for use in tradeshow and events
  • Manipulate and manage electronic data received from others for the purposes of design and drafting
  • Determine project design requirements including layouts, client design standards and specifications
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Attend meetings as needed for client and company projects
  • Interpret client's business needs and develop concept(s) to suit their objectives
  • Estimate time required to complete work
  • Gather information and data through research
  • Work with a wide range of media
  • Contribute innovative ideas and design artwork
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches
  • Work as part of a team 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Structural design experience
  • IronCad knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with industry drafting standards and common practices
  • Creative and flexable outlook
  • Detail and deadline-oriented mind
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry software
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Easy-going personality that can adjust to needs based on tight deadlines
  • Design degree or equivalent years of experience

EVENT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
We handle every aspect of the tradeshow experience-from the design of completely original displays, to installation on the show floor, to the storage of exhibit products afterwards-we take care of everything. Offering an incredibly comprehensive array of exhibits, Dynovia represents a unique spectrum of brand from local businesses to international conglomerates. We are looking for an Event Production Associate to work within this fun, fast-paced, growing small business. This position is responsible for building exhibits, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and coordinating details with account management and sales. Entry-level with definite opportunity for growth. Full time benefits packages available.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete pre-show installation and dismantle of exhibits in order to ensure the correct configuration, graphics, and supplies are being shipped
  • Complete post-show installation and dismantle of exhibits in order to ensure all inventory has returned, document any damage and communicate any areas of concern
  • Prepare shipments for both domestic and international shipments
  • Travel locally (and out of state on occasion) to provide on-site installation & dismantle of exhibits
  • Collaborate with the team to insure all client-ordered services are correct
  • Observe and document all functions of installs, dismantles, shipping, packing, and handling of client-owned materials in the warehouse
  • Maintain and establish a clean and safe work environment on a daily/ongoing basis
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients in the office and on show site
